Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days and will send a confirmation email with tracking details upon shipment.

4.3 Pricing & Shipping

All prices are in US Dollars. Shipping options are:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: for orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, weather, or carrier delays may occasionally extend timelines.

• We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
• Plants must be returned in resalable condition, lightly moistened, and securely packed.
• Accessories must be unused and in original packaging.

6.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, this amount may be deducted from the refund.
• No restocking fee applies for items in original, resalable condition.

6.3 Non-Returnable Situations

Due to their living nature, we cannot accept returns for plants that have been planted, significantly altered, or whose condition may be due to local climate, planting conditions, or care beyond our control.

Tree Furnish Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to plant failure due to local growing conditions, weather, or improper care beyond our guidance. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
