Description: Syringa meyeri ‘Palibin’ is a bushy, slow-growing deciduous shrub with small, broadly-ovate, dark green leaves. Produces a profusion of pretty lilac-pink, sweetly fragrant flowers in May and June that emerge from darker pink buds.
