Description: Sensation is a sport of Williams’ Bon ChrĂ©tien, with red skinned fruits and striking red foliage and pretty white blossom in the spring. The flesh is creamy-white that’s melting and juice with a fine texture. The tree itself has an upright, narrow growth habit so perfect for the smaller space in the garden and good for cordon growing. One to brighten up the garden in the spring!
History: Discovered in Australia in the 1940s.
