Description: Prunus ‘Jacqueline’ is an elegant small tree that produces abundant, large, vibrant, soft pink, single flowers. The leaves are dark green in summer with vivid red or orange autumn colours before falling.
History: A new introduction from the Kalmthout Arboretum, Belgium, most likely a hybrid x P. sargentii.
Prunus Growing Tips: Best grown in full sun to achieve the best autumn colour. Might need a bit of formative pruning when young to produce a pleasing shape.
Height and Spread (after 10 years): 4m x 3m
