Description: ‘Blushing Bride’ is a graceful tree with a spreading habit producing large semi-double flowers, pink tinted in bud opening to pure white, hang all along the branches on long stalked clusters. The mid-green summer foliage turns orange to red in the autumn.
Syn: Prunus ‘Shogetsu’ and Prunus ‘Longipes’
Prunus (Flowering Cherry) Growing Tips: ‘Blushing Bride’ is best grown in well-drained soil, in full sun to achieve the best flower display and autumn colour. Will tolerate most soil types including chalk, and clay.
