Description: Prunus ‘Beni-yutaka’ is a medium sized, umbrella shaped, deciduous tree producing semi-double, disc shaped flowers in a unique sugar pink colour with a distinctive dark central eye in mid-late April. The green foliage turns rich red-crimson in autumn.
Prunus (Flowering Cherry) Growing Tips: Best grown in well-drained soil, in full sun to achieve the best autumn colour. Will tolerate most soil types including chalk, and clay.
