Description: Meritare is a dessert plum, similar in appearance and flavour to Victoria. A new introduction that’s often known as ‘An early Victoria’. The fruits are a good size, red coloured with yellow, juicy flesh. Best when picked and eaten fresh straight from the tree. The white pretty flowers appear early in the spring. Suitable for growing in colder area’s of the UK.
History: Originates from France in 2008.
