Full Description

Description: Hidden Rose is tart with a subtly sweet taste and a flavour that has been likened to strawberry lemonade. The apple’s internal colour is vibrant pink to red and the flesh is crisp and juicy. Green/yellow skin with a pink/orange blush. Less susceptible to scab than other varieties. Pick in October and keeps well until January-February.

History: Discovered as a seedling in Oregon, USA in the 1960s.
