The flesh is golden, sweet, juicy and excellent eating quality. The flesh peels nicely away from the stone, freestone. Two to three weeks earlier than Czar and with improved flavour. Delicious when picked and eaten straight from the tree. A very hardy plum that suits most UK climates.
