Description: Amelanchier x grandiflora ‘Robin Hill’ is an upright form of Amelanchier for the smaller garden with more resistance to mildew than any other forms. Pink emerging flowers slowly turn into clusters of pure white star shaped blossoms followed by bronze, finely serrated leaves. In autumn, the summery green foliage turns into an astounding display of reddish purple colours. Small red berries are produced which are often eaten by birds.
Amelanchier Growing Tips: Amelanchier ‘Robin Hill’ will thrive in moist, well-drained, lime free soil. The best autumn colour is achieved when planted in a full sun position but they do tolerate partial shade.
Height and Spread (after 10 years): 4m x 3m
