Full Description

Description: Acer rubrum ‘Autumn Flame’ is a more tightly branched and compact headed tree than most rubrums. The green leaves with a blue green underside turn stunning autumn colours of orange and scarlet. Delicate greenish yellow flowers are produced in spring.

Acer Growing Tips: Very easy to grow in a wide range of well-drained soils. They thrive in sun but with partial shade to protect the leaves from scorch. A sheltered area away from strong winds is preferred.
